BuyVet Virtual 5k Stroll/Walk/Run
May 15th, Armed Forces Day.
BuyVet will host a Virtual 5K Stroll/Walk/Run on May 15th Armed Forces Day. Proceeds from the race will go to support Vet-Ohio coming up on September 9th.
The race includes a Tee Shirt, a Medal, a downloadable race bib and a method to track your run. What a great time to get out with family, friends and co-workers to enjoy the fresh air!! The link for the race is below:

March 7, 2020, The "Buy Vet 2020" Initiative officially launched at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum Rally Point, combined with a Press Releases from the Pickerington Chamber of Commerce and various forms of Social Media outlets i.e. Facebook, Twitter and Linked-In. Monthly "Vet Net" events have been temporarily cancelled due to Covid-19, safety is the number one priorty!
There will be regular updates on the website, and on Social Media where you can keep up to date: www.buyvet.org. It is also vital to ensure we do everything we can to minimize the negative impact to the veteran-owned business community as we work through this crisis together. If you have a veteran business in your community, please do what you can to support them during this unprecedented time and "Thank You" for your support. Support our Troops, Support our Veterans!!
BuyVet 2022 - Veteran Networking Events

ON HOLD DUE TO COVID-19: When: Last Thursday of every month beginning on January 27th. (Registration will be on Event Brite).
Times: 5:30pm - 7:00pm
Come to socialize, meet other Veterans and Community Leaders, and receive monthly updates on how things are going with Buy Vet 2022. Give your input, all ideas and suggestions are welcome. This initiative is created "By Veterans, For Veterans".
In response to COVID-19 and the Governor DeWine's "Stay at Home" order, we will not have out January 27th "Vet Net" networking opportunity that was scheduled at the 94th Aero Squadron until further notice. We understand that this is a difficult time for everyone, and our first priority is everyone’s safety. There will be weekly updates on the website where you can keep up to date on events: www.buyvet.org.
